It's all arrived: the pomegranates, the quince (weren't even available last week) the "mystery" vegetable, the racks, rosemary, marjoram, chestnuts, Balsamic...we're stirring up pots and pots of new food and it's electric in the kitchen. Yes, we are singing! We've shopped and shopped and paired and written up new recipes! What are we using for tonight's meal? Chestnuts, figs, pomegranates, quince, dates, rosemary, fennel, coriander, cumin, caraway, red peppercorns, balsamic vinegar, Mavrodaphne, honey, marjoram, apples, Frangelico, olives,hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, feta, mascapone and the mystery vegetables and meats, and, of course, only extra virgin olive oil--what are we NOT using tonight??? SUGAR, DILL, LEMON JUICE, PARSLEY, BELL PEPPERS, GARLIC, PORK, CHICKEN SEAFOOD, GYROS! :) Feeling spontaneous tonight? Jump on it--we still have room!
