A beautiful event: Jorja's Memorial for her husband Michael this past Sunday at the Ted Mann Concert Hall. His birth date as well. The Gardens was honored to serve the food for the following reception: Tarama on Pita Points w/Giant Capers, Spinach Feta and Feta Cheese Boughatsas, Basil Cream stuffed Tomatoes, Toasted Almond Biscotti, Kataifi Wheels, and the favorite of the evening--not even one was left for Jorja--Wine Soaked Calimyrna Figs w/Ginger Cream and Sour Cherry Syrup.
