Fresh from the Mediterranean that embraces Greece! Whole, wild-caught Seabass drizzled with a dressing of lemon juice, white wine and EVO oil, seasoned and stuffed with shallots, garlic, olives and capers, vine wrapped, oven braised in white wine, served on a bed of cumin scented jasmine rice with a tossing of ladolemono to drizzle over each succulent bite! This dish cries for Ninemos!

Zoran Mojsilov, our resident artist with an international reputation will be our Guest Presenter at our next Symposia. A Series, XI on Wed, Oct 26 @ 6pm. An unabashed regaler of stories and intentions, Zoran will show us some of his latest and furthest away installed works.

Greek Strained Yogurt from a Blend of Cow and Goat's Milk for Our Yogurt Honey Sundae!

Greek Yogurt for our Yogurt Honey Sundae! We found it! A blend of cow and goat's milk make it tangy, yet mellow; strained makes it thick enough to stand up on the plate! Ames Honey and toasted almonds with filberts top this dessert that was listed on our first menu 20 years ago!

Arni Kokkinisto: Braised Lamb Shank with Portobella Caps and Diced Tomatoes over Whole Wheat Spaghettini

Say goodbye to Arni Kokkinisto! It's a that we're taking off our wraps and Spring is here! Probably the last time we'll prepare this winter favorite (unless, of course we are asked at least three times.) So, fresh batch! Get it before it's gone!

We're pairing it with Lafkiotis Agiorgitiko, a smooth, full-bodied red that piques the cinnamon and laurel of the sauce and underscores the natural sweetness of the tender shank meat.

Kounoupidi Yachnee: Braised Organic Cauliflower


One of the most requested additional entrees...a cold crop that gets a bit pricey in July....thanks to the cool season we ordered a case! John, Pamela, Brian, Rene, Christine...come and get it! Organic cauliflower braised with onions and diced delicious can simple get??

Served with a chunk of feta cheese.

We paired it with a spicy red, Nemea, Lafkiotis or even Agios Onoufrios. And always, Amethystos.
