Gardens of Salonica, is a Greek restaurant in North East Minneapolis. What originally was going to be a little family owned coffee shop, turned into a full blow restaurant, due to customer demand. I had the pleasure to sit down with the Owner Anna Christoforides to talk more about her restaurant and hear their story.
