So you know: Amethystos is the fullest, fruitiest (you can almost pluck the strawberries) exclusively Cabernet Savignon with an effervescence that finishes like heaven in your mouth; Kleoni, the driest from Corinth is the stand up rose to be enjoyed with any roast meat or Gyros or the Yigandes; finally, Zoe' (it means, Life!) is the most sophisticated, complex rose' created by the two indigenous grapes: Agiorgitiko (St George) and Moschofillero. Zippy, bold, almost bubbly, we pair it with our Pitsa, ANY of the Deli dips, especially the Octopodi, Fries, the Souvlakia, of course and any of our seafood specials: Calamari Yemista, Makaronia Thalassina or the pork dishes.
